Bob Marshall Salvage Wood Sign
Weathered to look as if it came right from the entrance to 'The Bob', this barnwood sign is a perfect rustic accent for home, lodge or or cabin.
Bob Marshall Wilderness Area, a designated wilderness area in western Montana, attracts those seeking a true Montana experience. Home to the largest grizzly bear population outside of Alaska, "The Bob" is full of dense, lush forest and water features.
All signs are hand-made and painted and originally created designs made from Montana barnwood. This sign pays an excellent homage to Montana lovers, adventurers, and those who love the rustic, cabin look. Also makes the perfect gift to commemorate a special time or a trip.
Inspired by vintage trail and national park signs, these beautiful wood signs are a reproduction of the beloved, natural places close to our hearts. Many of the designs are original and some are based on historical signs and trail markers. Each rustic sign is handcrafted and hand-painted in Hamilton, Montana.
Made of only salvaged and reclaimed wood acquired from ranches and buildings in Montana, these reproductions of the timeworn trail and park signs Montanans encounter on our many adventures tell a wonderful story. Most of the wood salvaged is rich with Montana history.
Please note you will receive a one-of-a-kind sign that will be very similar to those photoed but not exact. Each piece is unique in the character and patina of the wood. The final product will have the same design and colors as pictured, but the wood will vary slightly in color and patina (see Disclaimer tab).

From the Artists:
"Since we acquire our barnwood locally in small batches, each sign is unique and will be HANDMADE UPON ORDER. THE ITEM PICTURED IS A SAMPLE OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT. The final product will have the same design and colors as pictured, but the wood will vary slightly in color and patina. This ends up in each sign being a unique original. If you have any special requests regarding wood, please inquire upon ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
We choose wood for its patina, not its perfection! Because the wood we use for our signs is reclaimed, imperfections in the wood can be expected. Also, be cautious when handling the signs as an occasional sliver may occur. While we try, please understand that not all the materials used to build the sign may be reclaimed (ex. braces, screws, hangers)."
