Return/Exchange/Reshipping

RETURNS

We would be happy to offer you a return on your order within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift Cards, subscriptions and personalized items (and a few other specific products) cannot be returned. This no return is clearly marked on the product page for those items and does not apply if the item is defective or damaged in shipping.

All the food items are non-returnable due to FDA regulations and health concerns.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at HereForYou@distinctlymontana.com.  If you would like to exchange it for the same item (color or size variation) send us an email and we will instruct you as to where to send the item.  You will be responsible for the shipping to return the item but we will pay to have the replacement shipped to you. 

If you are exchanging the item for a completely new item, email us and we will instruct you.

Exchanges are limited to 30 days from the time you receive the item(s)

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the order is submitted with the incorrect shipping information, the tracking will show RETURN TO THE SENDER.  Additional fees will be incurred for packages that have to be re-shipped.

Please send us an email to hereforyou@distinctlymontana.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and an alternative address if possible.

GIFTS
If you purchased your item as a gift that was sent directly to the recipient, they may return the gift within 30 days and will be issued a gift certificate for the value of the gift.  The recipient will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us.  Instructions will be on the packing slip as to how they can return the gift to us.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds? 
If the refund does not show up on your credit card or Paypal account within 30 days please contact us at HereForYou@distinctlymontana.com

Depending on your credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and you may want to check with your provider before contacting us.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return was due to damage of defect caused by maker  or damage in shipping the item to you. In this case, your shipping costs to return the item to us will be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Depending on the value of the item you are returning, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
