Inspired by vintage trail and national park signs, these beautiful salvage wood signs are a reproduction of the natural places that are close to our hearts.
Many of the designs are original and some are based on historical signs and trail markers. Each nature themed salvage sign is hand-crafted and painted using reclaimed wood from Montana. A vintage piece of western wall art!
Based off a sign that once graced Yellowstone National Park, the "Don't Feed the Bears" sign is a familiar warning within the park gates (home to black bears and grizzlies) and is a reminder of what we value in Montana.
Made of only salvaged and reclaimed wood acquired from ranches and buildings in Montana, these reproductions of the timeworn trail and park signs tell a wonderful story. Most of the wood salvaged is rich with Montana history.
Beautiful decor for your home or your home away from home. Also makes the perfect gift to commemorate a special time or a trip.
Please note you will receive a one-of-a-kind sign that will be very similar to those photoed but not exact.
Dimension: Approximate size of 19" x 23", with a wire hanger on the back.

From the Artist:
"Since we acquire our barnwood locally in small batches, each sign is unique and will be HANDMADE UPON ORDER. THE ITEM PICTURED IS A SAMPLE OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT. The final product will have the same design and colors as pictured, but the wood will vary slightly in color and patina. This ends up in each sign being a unique original. If you have any special requests regarding wood, please inquire upon ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
We choose wood for its patina, not its perfection! Because the wood we use for our signs is reclaimed, imperfections in the wood can be expected. Also, be cautious when handling the signs as an occasional sliver may occur. While we try, please understand that not all the materials used to build the sign may be reclaimed (ex. braces, screws, hangers)."
